Jack Daniels Green Label A bottle of Jack Daniels Green Label Whisky

Information regarding Jack Daniels No.7 Green Label

Jack Daniels No.7 Green Label Whisky is a whisky which is hard to find and like the Black label I have not tried it yet. It is supposes to be a lot less sweet that other No.7 brands and is on my wish list. It is also lighter in colour and less mature whisky that the 'Black Label'.

Jack Daniels Green label is stored lower in the distillery which is cooler that the Black Label brand and therefore this is why it is less mature and has less taste of the vanilla oak flavour. This is because the heat makes the barrels expand and absorb the whisky into the oak of the barrel, but as the Green Label is lower this does not happen as much. It's an amazing fact the Jack Daniels does not have a time for maturing its whisky, just a rough guide. They taste every barrel till the master distiller decides it is ready for the shops. What an amazing job this would be.

Will write more about this brand with I have tasted it and will displaying my feeling about this brand then.
